terrible, bad customer service when my package did not come

I will write my review when I see how long it takes them to send in my refund. I returned the hair piece because it didn’t match my color. I really like the hair piece and the way that it fit. I will buy another one when you get one that is more white than blond.

Packaging was good! Don’t believe it’s REAL hair tho it looks

While the order arrived in a timely manner and I like the curls and the amount of hair in the hairpiece, the color is not the same as pictured. The hairpiece I ordered was brown and what arrived was red. Impossible for me to wear.

I did not like this product. The width was not advertised and it was too wide, so I had to cut it down. It was vert flimsy and I was looking for something rigid. I could not get the wrinkles out. I would up throwing it in the garbage. Strike another one for stores not wanting to stock and making people buy on line where you can see what you are buying. Wasted my money, made me wait, and I still don't have what I need.

Please find a way to mail these without folding them up so small.
