Seller sent me Madden 2021 for PS4. I have NOT received the game I purchased.

Received the unit as promised but was not charged. Tech had to call to find out why it didn't work

Arrived early. Packaged very well. Would recommend.

Poor packaging. They took a weak (very thin) USPS Priority Mail box, covered it almost completely with beige packing tape so it didn't appear to be a Priority Mail box, and for packing material jammed maybe 15-20 Priority Mail padded envelopes inside. It wasn't still enough, and the box holding the camera was dented badly. Fortunately the plastic egg shell inside which also was dented gave enough and saved the camera from damage.

Not only did my package get "delivered" a week late but it never actually arrived to my address. I know this to be the case as I have been under quarantine for ten days. No response or action by the seller E-Warehouse-Deals / Wireless World. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have not refunded my money, shipped me my order of a Nintendo Switch, or responded to email inquiries in three business days. Terrible service and unprofessional.
