I have called the seller, American Living Online MULTIPLE times with no response and unfortunately their mailbox is now full. Today, I emailed and included pictures but have yet to hear from anyone. Therefore, I Rate the customer service as poor as well! **and I've tried uploading pictures but the site won't allow it.

Returning your product is a pain. I sent an email and heard 2 days later, then to find out I have to pay for shipping back to you. Most companies just send you a UPS return label. Not worth sending back and just trying to sell it on facebook to get your money back.

I have called the vendor customer service twice and left a message to try to return one of the items I bought. I bought two pair; one large and one medium because I wasn't sure which would fit. I want to return the large ones but they never call me back. I will try one more time before I give up.

This arrived earlier than the expected date.
