I got a phone from them that didn't even turn on when I took it out of the box and tried charging it, so I tried a different charger and still nothing. I brought it to Walmart customer service where an employee also tried charging it and, again...nothing. She said I'll get my refund and will send it back to the seller. If you want an item that you pay for to actually work, don't buy from this company. I hope this helps someone from making the same mistake I did. Go give your business anywhere else and save yourself the headache, stress and wait time on a refund when you get a product that doesn't even turn on. The ear piece also had crud in it which is disgusting!
