I ordered an item on November 11th it is now the 21st and I still don’t have it. I’m extremely disappointed I was suppose to have the item I purchased on the 16th. I was sent a tracking number and it was sent back up north. Now I'm left with having no clue when my item will be here if it even arrives.

Ode Mobile actually isn't that far from where I live in Western MA but I have no transportation to get to them so I was glad to find them as a 3rd party seller on Walmart. I have a T-Mobile Revvl 6 5G, one of the worst entry level phones ever! Chargers don't work after a few weeks and I learned that sellers who say their chargers are for my phone aren't telling the truth. Ode Mobile says the home charger is Samsung but 100% compatible with the T-Mobile Revvl 6 5G. I trust Samsung products and I trust Ode Mobile to never steer me wrong!! If you need mobile accessories, I recommend seeing what they have here as a Walmart 3rd party seller!!!

This thing literally only lasted like two weeks before having a faulty design related irreparable malfunction. It doesn't even hold my phone anymore. If I could, I would have rated it zero stars but the least amount of stars that you can rate is one.

his charger did not work even one day. I bought it for a trip and it was charged when received but when I went to use it just less than 2 weeks later ..nothing, dead. When I returned I contacted the seller on WalMart sight he said past the 30 days and sorry. DO NOT WASTE $$ on this product! it was more expensive than the other 2 I have and they work perfectly DUD! Poor customer service on top of the inconvenience!!!
