Item was not as described. Does not fit my laptop so it’s useless.

Everything was ok, the charger fits the laptop. We don’t have any technical problem. The time to arrive it was 1-2 before which was great. I cannot say anything about communication with the seller since I did not have any inconvenience.

It was used and scratched up, also it did not look as it was shown in the picture. It was the correct charger and works fine on a positive note.

This was an OEM item. shipping was slow and some parts of the item was missing. The product worked as it should technically, but the attached items were missing, such as the cord strap tie down.

Power cord as advertised. Power back on in my Dell laptop! Next comment is only because I was w/o my laptop. Ordered Fri afternoon and did not ship till Tues afternoon but did arrive, as stated, on Fri.

The seller was very prompt with the shipping and the packaging was prepared with care.
