terrible customer service and do not back there products

great only thing and this is completly normal: grafix card has to be plugged in and i just happened to be looking in and saw plugs not plugged in and remembered reading this about the cards in general will not be plugged in because better to ship not plugged in,so i took a pic and send to copilot and she agreed yes this needs to be done,and she is helping me! It should come with a paper on how toos! shytech needs to start doing this , A how to complete your graphix card because also some kind of programing app needs to also be completed!! like sertain check this box and this and that so ya complicated if never done this before and yes this is my very first ppowerfull computer ever! There is a light show App that is fabulous each piece of inside can be programed to differant colors and light shows, very cool addition, to not know it came with so this makes the grafix card problem all soo much better!! thank you skytech will purchace again!!

Was under the impression that if any issues it could be returned to the store... and that was not the case.

Tell us support is bad. They did not want to help me with my broken HDMI port.

Seller shipped quickly and was boxed very well. It came inspected and tested and ran great right out of the box.

Item appeared to be used. Smelled like gas. Unimaginably hard to start using propane. Did not intend to use gas mode so I will be returning.
