They marked my order as delivered on Jan 2, I never received my product, and when I called customer service I was told wait two days even though it says delivered already. I waited 3 days and still never received my product so I requested a refund since I hadn’t received it in the time frame needed. After numerous communications with the seller AND Walmart I still haven’t received my product and they are refusing to give me a refund after a week of waiting. I even asked for photos showing where my order was delivered and they refused to do that also. I stated several times all I want is my money back since I can’t depend on them for reliable delivery and they refuse. These people are scam artists, I wouldn’t waste your money here or on their website either. Walmart has no customer protection for situations like this and it’s truly sad.
