I had a minor problem with one of the mounting bases coming apart before I even tried to install the lights. I sent an email inquiring about a possible replacement part and got a return phone call within the hour. EXCELLENT response and the replacement part was sent the same day - customer service even provided and tracking number and checked back with me to verify receipt. OUTSTANDING response!!!
