Seller needs to make sure their product is in working order before sending

Seller included add on of "installation support" then never provided the policy or a contact number. When I asked Walmart for a refund on the fraudulent billing, Walmart referred me to the seller's 888 number, which is answered by placing the caller on "forever hold"

i bought a digital scanner that cant be programmed i pd a professional and all the programs listed by the co you have to pay a monthly fee money gimmick is what my programmer called this scanner
