They are awful I will never buy from them again they sent me the wrong product I called up I was ready to return whoever I talk to said I can keep it and they would re-order it again they re-ordered the wrong product so I canceled it still waiting for what I paid for how to call again now I’m waiting to see if I get the right product I will never shop from this seller again

Shipping was good and on time. But was a bit disappointed by the appearance of my tumbler when received. Had sticker markers on it, that had been removed and had a few marks on it.
