I ordered two typewriter ribbons from FJA Products on 10 February (%232000129-3284669) The ribbons arrived on 18 February, but one ribbon was so badly damaged that it was unusable. I contacted FJA through Walmart and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. No response was forthcoming from FJA. I ordered two ribbons, but only one is undamaged.
