Fast shipping for it to arrive originally, but the return process is absolutely ridiculous

Doesn’t communicate with customers. Item came 6 weeks late after going around the country. Now it finally arrived after I ordered a replacement from another seller. And I have to get it returned.

Contacted about late shipment and no reply, then item showed up a week late. Item is not what pictured or described. Only lights up orange, no multicolor. Only give 2 star because item finally arrived %26 works.
