I'd originally ordered 2 products from Light Spectrum Enterprises in December 2024. Only one was shipped, with no explanation about the missing product. My credit card was charged for both items. When I contacted the vendor I received a polite response with several different offers to send the missing item "when available", or a different item, or refund the cost of the missing item. After several polite emails I chose the refund. However, 2 months later I'm still awaiting resolution. Therefore, I must post this negative review, not because the products I ordered are sub-standard, but rather because customer service appears to be unable or unwilling to handle over-charging issues. At this point I DO NOT recommend this vendor.

Seller sent item quickly. Unfortunately, the item did not work in my air purifier. Error is due to misunderstanding on my part, not the seller.
