Item was packed nicely and arrived ahead of schedule. I do NOT like the quality of the Masterpart 12 cup coffee carafe. Coffee easily stains inside of carafe ... Dawn will not remove stains.....requires bleach to remove coffee stains so glass remains clear and clean.
