poor customer service. all i need is 1 composition book a different color as expected by the picture and the description. instead they tell me i have to return the item for a full refund but i have to buy the packaging to return them, or go to my local store for an item that costs less than $3, its not worth my time. now im stuck with an item i didnt order and have to purchase more items to get what i need. i would prefer to never work with eMart again.

I orders a multi pack of multi color staple removers for 6.99. And receives 2 black ones and paid 6.99. I feel this needs to be corrected
