AAA Security Depot

It is requested that Walmart refund the full amount of the purchase price for Order No. 3301875-800076 Dated Feb. 28, 2018. I have had a very bad experience with this order. This order was for a UPG UB1250 Sealed Lead Acid Battery as specified on the order and pictured on the Walmart Web site. I received a NT1250 Sealed Lead Acid Battery manufactured by Neptune Power Products. I do not consider rechargeable sealed lead acid batteries a fungible commodity, and fully expected to receive the exact battery that was ordered. I tried to return the NT1250 battery to our local Walmart Store, and was advised that the Walmart Store would not accept the return. The person at Walmart Customer Service told me to return the battery to the supplier. I phoned AAA Security Depot (the supplier of the battery) on March 9, 2018 explained the problem, and was told to return the battery. I asked AAA Security Depot to e-mail me a pre paid mailing label, and they agreed to do so. To date, March 14, 2018, I have not received the required mailing label. I have spent an exceptional amount of time and effort with this order, and have found Walmart unhelpful, and unresponsive in handling the return of an item that was misrepresented on the Walmart Web site.

Free shipping, great price, arrived promptly. The only problem was I received a F2 battery instead of an F1. I called the company and they sent an adapter within 2 days. The only difference in the F1 and F2 is the size of the contacts so the adapter works great and battery works as expected.

AAA Security Depot kept wasting my time by sending me on wild goose chases to try to find the package. They have worn me out. I give up, I have wasted my money.

The device arrived as ordered and a bit earlier than originally projected. Thank you very much for the quick service. I will order from you again in the future.

Just wished the batteries were not loose in package. should have been wraped or tied together so they would not short out.

The product came faster than expected and that in it self was nice. The product worked as advertised and I did not have to return it.
