No communication, ordered, received, assembled, no problems, used recently and shovel worked great. Super being able to adjust shovel and handle settings.

Works well, does the job. Advice: Should ship as a flat sheet instead of rolled up in a box. It was difficult to unroll because the plastic is so hard.

I was under the impression that I was buying the fireplace insert, instead it was just the logs. I took it back to Walmart to return it, and they told me that I couldn’t return it. So I got ahold of Zimtown, and it took almost 2 weeks going back and forth through email only and threatening them. It still took another 2 days before I got my money back, and I had to pay for the return fee. I will never buy anything else from them again. So, shoppers be wary.
