Received my item (junior loft bed) with 3 damaged pieces which made it impossible to assemble the bed. I reached out to the company to get replacement parts, but they ended up ignoring me for 2 months and giving me the run around and leaving me with a mess of a completely unusable bed. The time for a refund was approaching, so I reached out to Walmart directly and they graciously gave me a refund. I do not recommend this seller at all and will either order directly from Walmart themselves or spend the money somewhere else for a much better quality product.

This tree looks great and so easy to set up and take down. The quality is very good and we look forward to displaying this tree for many seasons to come. Wishing we could order another one for our daughter.

Nice looking from the outside, but having problems with the zipper.

So far, it is an excellent product. Not sure how long it will last without cracking.
