Considering that the product did not arrive, the seller responds to messages late, sometimes not at all.

BEWARE! Wish I’d of read the reviews before purchasing. Shame on Walmart for allowing this business to sell on their platform. Item was for the UK - not usable here in the USA. No response when attempting to resolve.

Had to return this camera because it was just too small for me to comfortably and securely handle. Return and refund was handled efficiently and courteously. Would definitely purchase from this company again!

This seller had the AUDACITY to ship this electronic item with NO SHIPMENT BOX, NOT even COVER it. They shipped it RAW OPEN ended where everyone can see clearly what it is so it can easily be STOLEN when the mail just drops it off and leaves it at the front of ur home cause that is what they do. My mail, they don't drop it off at the front of the door of the home. This was left in the front by the garage door hallway area so EVERYONE can see it and there are SO MANY THIEVES out there and in the neighborhood that could have STOLEN this. How is it a company in business of selling electronics is so CHEAP, so LAZY, so lacking in business, that they just ship electronic items without even covering the contents, let alone not put it in a shipment box to PROTECT it like MOST people do and also so no one SEE'S what is being shipped or purchased when they know full well most of these purchases with a home address will be sitting outside till the owner gets home from work and by then it could have been stolen. The ONLY reason it was not stolen was cause i was at home and i already know these worthless shipment companies do not KNOCK on doors nor ring bells and i happen to be at the front area of the home where i heard the truck come and i waited to see IF fed ex was gonna knock on the door or ring the bell or where the would leave the item and sure enough, no knock, no bell rung AND it was left out at the front for EVERY potential thief to see. The fact that 6th ave electronics SHIPPED that item with NO shipment box made it more problematic. WHY would u ship electronics withOUT a shipment box, or at the very LEAST, COVER it's contents cause entire world doesn't need to SEE or KNOW what ur buying as it's no one 's business and a safety issue. I will NOT be buying from this idiotic store again that is too cheap to put items in a shipment box, let alone, COVER it so such an EXPENSIVE item cannot be seen as this was an EXPENSIVE purchase. This wasn't no cheap $100. item after all. This really IRKS me that these companies show NO CARE or THOUGHT into what they are selling, the amount of money the customer is paying and how things should work. I highly DOUBT any of them at 6th ave would want to have paid for an expensive electronic item and have their item shipped uncovered or not put in a shipment box, for everyone to see, while it sits in the front of their home potentially getting stolen. Especially in todays society where people are very selfish, criminalistic, have NO respect for other peoples hard work buying things for them and thinking its ok to tresspass and take what does not belong to them, i can go on and on with the way these adults were raised by their parents. Un freaken REAL.

False description of product. It is not the way you should be selling to consumers. Description cannot be trusted.

First, please understand that a 3-star rating (at least to me) represents a solid C grade, passing. Neither particularly good nor bad. The items were delivered on time, the products arrived in good condition, and everything worked as expected. They didn’t go above and beyond to warrant a higher rating, but they also didn’t need to. The products themselves were in good shape. I purchased two iPhone 11s, one had a battery health above 80% and the other above 70%. These are not my daily-use phones, so that level of battery health is perfectly acceptable for my needs. The screens were free of noticeable scratches and looked good overall, and the rest of the phones only had very minor cosmetic wear. The included power cables also came with charging bricks. They aren’t top-of-the-line, but they function and get the job done. Again, please don’t interpret this 3-star rating as dissatisfaction with the product or service. Both met expectations and earned a passing grade.
