I ordered a bracelet and was very excited to have it after waiting several days. After only wearing it for one day, I went to remove it and it snapped in half. I contacted the seller and they only offered to share my feedback with the manufacturer. I do not recommend that anyone purchases from this seller because of slow shipping speeds and poor customer service. Nowadays, if something you buy from a store is defective or not to your liking, the store will always either grant a refund or exchange. I was forced to contact Walmart support and they resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes. I hope that this review helps you think twice about how you run your business
