He answered all my calls and helped me before I used the vamera and with some issues after I got it set up...he said I had to download the instructions..he no longer sends instruction books! I told him I only use a cell phone and the memory is full...he suggested I do a search on my phone!I just want to return it asap an buy a dslr which will be better for me!!
