I would not give them even a single star but the review can't be submitted unless you give them at least one star. If I could, I would give them a negative star! At the time of purchase (April 7th) the delivery was promised for April 10th. On April 10th I reached out to the seller for a tracking number to confirm delivery as my current pump had died. The seller informed me later that day it had not been shipped. I immediately asked to cancel the order as I would have to purchase elsewhere to fix my urgent problem. Seller said that was not possible. Seller did not ship the product until April 15th and apparently by the slowest means possible as the product did not arrive at my house until April 25th, fifteen days later than promised. Never again will I order from Walmart Market Place and especially from this source. I had to risk going out during the COVID 19 pandemic and purchase the same pump from Menards because I could not wait the additional fifteen days. Unfortunately I now have an extra pump because the seller would not cancel the order even though they did not even ship the order until 5 days after they promised delivery and 5 days after requesting they cancel the order.

The seller shipped an opened package. It wasn’t even taped. I was surprised the contents weren’t broken. I suspect it was a return. The damage could have been done by the shipper; however, the fragile carafe wouldn’t have survived this kind of damage to the package.

The package contained 100 less screws then listed on the box. It was packed poorly and the shipping was slow.

Received merch in good condition and in a timely manner.

i didnt get what i ordered i recieved a toilet seat not toilet treatment

I ordered one box of green and one box of white C9 lights. Oddly, I received 6 boxes of green all sent seperately and I'm still waiting on the white. It's now been about 6 weeks since my original order.

Order was received pretty fast considering the circumstances with the virus.

Fast delivery and packaged well. I would buy again from this seller.

dealt with Walmart. got items didn't take too long.
