Product arrived quickly and was exactly as expected. Excellent customer service.

I requested for my order to be delivered to the side door of my house where it would've of been safe and out of site from people to see from the road, instead it was delivered to the front door steps of my home where it was exposed for everyone to see it when they passed by and by the time I got home that night it was not there and believe someone had taken it from my front steps and walked off with it. What's the point in offering delivery details to customers if there not going to read the instructions. I don't blame Walmart for this, I blame the shipping company. Even when I made a complaint to the shipper they responded with a picture of where they delivered my order through an email they sent me but with no response, Just a picture of where they placed it showing even more proof of there negligence. Obviously they didn't look into my complaint at all.

This will be a follow up from my initial review. Please keep in mind when ordering from this company that they are a 3rd party distributor. Although you are buying it online through the Walmart website, product delivery will be fulfilled by Max Warehouse. You cannot return items to Walmart directly, you will have to go through Max Warehouse to get a return or refund. Just another reason not to buy anything from this company and making sure that you read the fine print when making any purchase from Walmart in the future. Lesson learned, money lost.

Product arrived securely packaged. Took a while to get here.

I did not look at any descriptions. Other aspects of the delivery were fine. But they are selling a junk product.
