Shipping was timely as scheduled, but the product arrived in a cardboard document mailer (instead of a box or mailing bag) with a ton of black packing tape all over it which the post office volunteered, unsolicited, was "improper packaging" (their words, not mine) when I picked it up. Product came in good shape notwithstanding and was sealed in shrink wrap.
