Item was as described. I am satisfied with my purchase.

The item was packaged well and arrived in good condition. But the shipping took six full days from the day of order.

Two of these were from GCTECH. I don't know where the other 2 came from.

I received free shipping and my ink cartridge arrived in a few days. I live in an area that isn't on the mainline for postal service so this was a pleasant surprise.

Item arrived on time, well packaged and as described.

Could get NO response after sending quite a few messages.

Item arrived on time , was the correct item ordered and was packaged appropriately.

Very disappointed. We placed a correct order on an item that we need now, and due to an error on the sender part by sending the wrong item we now have to go order this from another source (because we need it now), ship the wrong item back, and then wait for them to receive the wrong item to then finally get the correct item. We asked for a refund, not going to support a company that can't afford to do great customer service. All of this over a $55.00 ink cartrige. This is not what I would expect when we ordered correctly.

The seller’s communication is 0. Bad for business. I messaged them saying the ink is if no use because I printed 2 pages %26 it’s telling me low ink. So much for me trying to support yall %26 not stick to staples that never failed me.
