I rate K K music store as having a great product. However, it would be great if they could work on their order process. There are two sizes small and smaller. Neither one suited my needs because both were too small for my nephew. But twice I got the smallest one when I requested the bigger one.

KK after shipping the incorrect item were easy to work with and shipped to the correct item quickly along with an RMA. Second unit had no accessories but KK just told me to take from original. Basicall they were easy to work with.
