Delivery was on time and price was less expensive than what I would pay if I went to a store

the bird's did no eat this as good as other brands

They did not send me what I ordered. They did not call to let me decide if I wanted what they sent since they didn’t have exactly what I ordered. They even had what I ordered written in the box but sent something else. I even paid extra since this was the only place that had the flavor my dog was on and by the time it got here I didn’t have enough to do a gradual change over for her. I am not happy that the seller felt it was ok to send something other than what was ordered.

No issue with the product. However, product (birdseed) was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag. When received there were 3 holes in one side of the bag, 1 hole in the other side, and one longer hole in the seem. There was birdseed all over the platform hand truck when the shipment arrived, who knows how much was lost in transit. Seller should pack birdseed in corrugate box for shipment. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Accurate, fast delivery. Please have lighter weight choices. Two 25 %23 nags rather than one 50%23 bag.

Products purchased by me have been high quality, delivered quickly, and shipped safely. Have not had issues and had no need to contact seller beyond placing orders.

Beaver Creek Pet Supplies sells great sunflower kernels, but it needs to improve how it packs and ships them. I received a 50 lb. bag of kernels that was torn in shipment -- and since someone did not seal all the seams of the package, sunflower kernels leaked out in shipment and delivery. Sunflower kernels were in the box and in the area around the box where it was placed outside my door. I lost about a pound or more of kernels, as a result of poor packaging. I have purchased sunflower kernels from a variety of supply stores over the years, but this is the first time that I have had this experience. I hope Beaver Creek Pet Supplies improves its procedures.

Didn't receive my order at my ordered address. Tracking shows it was sent and delivered to another address in a different state!
