We’d like to clarify that your order was placed on February 17, shipped out the next day on February 18, and delivered on February 24. Once the package leaves our facility, delivery times are handled by USPS. For future orders, we do offer expedited shipping options at checkout if faster delivery is needed.
Regarding the towels themselves, they are individually wrapped for hygiene and freshness and are lightly scented with essential oils. We understand that expectations around size and scent can vary, and we’ve shared your comments with our team for review.
