I never spoke with the seller, but I didn't have any problems with shipping. It was very well packaged. The description was misleading. It states that this paper is Springhill brand, but it definitely is not.

Never received my envelopes. See above. Will not be using Walmart. From my perspective, Walmart authorized substandard vendors that did not perform their obligation. Therefore, Walmart is not trustworthy. Will no longer shop with Walmart. There are reputable alternatives.
