The return policy is set up such that it would be almost impossible to return, if you open the box and discover the router does not do the job for you. They do ship the product on time and it got to me ahead of the promised time.

Only negative is how long it took to get in the mail. Originally set to take 12 days after order put in, which is really way too long for something in stock. Ended up being 18 days, after screw up with US Post Office. I don't know who to blame. Original ship label never showed picked up until after original delivery date. Had to contact company, who said it was taken to PO, but not scanned into the USPS system. I never had that happen before. Just glad it showed up.
