They don't respond to emails especially if you are requesting a refund. This does not work with acrylic at all. When mixing it turns into a gel paste.

I only received one of the four mascaras I ordered. It was not in a box or had any type of wrap over it, which is unusual. I love the mascara as I use to purchase it from my beauty salon supply house, but they no longer carry it. I’ve ordered it before from Walmart and never had a problem. I will be sending this tube back and will not order it again. Just hope I get my money back!!! I reached out to them by email three days ago and have heard nothing!
