Conttoller was not in a box or any other type of boxed packaging. Controller was wrapped in bubble wrap when delivered. The 2nd controller I bought came in the controller box with batteries included.

It didn’t come in an original box. There are no instructions or pairing info w it. Someone wrapped it in bubble wrap, placed it in a box and sent to me. I was expecting an original box not something that appears used. And I was expecting some type of user manual and charger.

I bought a xbox controller new through Walmart online and received a broken used controller without the original box. when I returned it the emailed me stating that I returned a different controller and that they will be filling a criminal complaint against me with the government... i Googled the company and found that alot of other people have had similar issues. dont use this company they will rip you off. don't take my word for it and Google them. BBB has alot of the same complaints on them.

Terrible company. the controller was opened on Christmas morning and it is broken. The seller will not offer ANY resolution brcause it is 30 days past purchase date. Any decent company would offer 30 days from Christmas day. Never doing bussiness again.
