Received they Puma shoes for my Grandson, and instead of being men's the box was marked women's on it. I contacted them and they were very polite and quick to send me all the information, including the return shipping label to return them back to them and receive credit for the shoes. I will do business with them again. Their items are what they advertise on the website.

I ordered New Nike low tops. shoes show up and they were not new. Decent like new shape but obvious slightly worn scuffs on bottom of both shoes. Again not bad but not new as advertised. They look like they might of been display pair that people try on and walk around store. I chose to keep them because it wasn't worth the hassle of returning and I love the shoes.
