I received my order in a timely manner. I'm very pleased because this is my favorite brand of lotion. I didn't have a need to talk with the seller. I would purchase again from this seller.

Advertised as a 2 pack. Only sent 1 and the person I texted with refused to listen and said I could return to the store for a refund.

The seller kept me updated as to when the product would arrive.

Came in excellent condition, package arrived a day earlier than expected.

I ordered one product and was shipped another. When I tried returning it using Walmart's specified method, they would not allow a full return. AWFUL

I did not receive the hair spray that they had a picture of in their ad. That particular one was discontinued, and Nexxus said the product could be found online by various other vendors. When I saw the picture of the hair spray I was trying to buy, that what I thought I was getting and the very reason I ordered 3 of them, RSB sales group recommended the larger quantity. I fee l they were very dishonest.
