This item came late due a replacement was necessary. Initially, the item cost was refunded to me by Wal-Mart customer service, but once the replacement item was sent at beginning of November seller got paid ( i have called Wal-Mart and they confirmed). But seller continues to say they were not paid. Now i call seller and they don't answer my calls. It is a shame they have a poor customer service.

They need to make it so that you can return your iambs back to Walmart you have to return your item back to the Shapeware company and go back-and-forth with them .
