The product has been ordered since January 19th and still do not have it. Was supposed to be delivered between the 2nd and 7th of FEB, 2017 Will never order thru Walmart again.

Perfect seller. Item exactly as advertised. Lowest cost. Deliver was 2 days quicker than promised. Delivered strapped firmly to a pallet. Boxed well with plenty of paying. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Order and shipping confirmed, then received a call from the seller informing us that the wrong oven was sent (black instead of stainless) and that it would cost us $179 more if we wanted to keep it because the stainless was no longer available. Order canceled. Same oven was back on line for several hundred dollars more.

I don't understand why it's been 11 days since the appliance has shipped without being delivered. Only 400 miles to destination. My account has been billed and I don't have my product. Your tracking information doesn't show any information.

The Customer Service person at Varouj was very responsive to my problems. It main problem was dealing with the manufacture (Avanti). So do not buy anything that Avanti makes.

It took eleven days before it was even shipped. I never have to wait that long for a package to be shipped.
