If you have foot problems of any sort, these are excellent products. The instructions which come with the different products are clear and concise. Customer service is both efficient and supportive. This is especially important to me as I have some difficulties communicating over the phone. I will definitely be ordering more products from this seller.

I purchased the item because the arrival date was on the following Monday, however the item didn’t arrive from FedEx until Friday- in addition, I received several notices during the week from Walmart that the item had been delivered when it clearly hadn’t. Tracking showed that during transit, the item went to Ct, then to Ma., then back to Ct., then back to Ma., then back to Ct., then finally to me in Vt. You can’t make this stuff up. I will never buy from a seller who uses FedEx again !

I do have to admit. I've tried many other devices like this. None of them worked as well as this. It fits like a second skin and once you get used to it.....it pretty much supports your thumb and takes a lot of the pain away. if you are currently in pain , I would take a chance and buy it
