in the delivery instructions it says to please leave package at back door. they never left it at the back door they did not even let us know that it was delivered. and we were in the backyard where it was supposed to be delivered.

Honestly, if I could give less stars I would. I have twin boys in ordered two exactly same black sparrow car seat seats but unfortunately, I received two car seats that were pink. Nothing against pink but when you order something you expect to get what you order not whatever somebody decides to send you car seat for safety the fashion come second, but to be given something that you didn’t ask for is not something that I like

The description of the car seat doesn't do it justice! This car seat is sooo luxurious. It has extra pads to make your child feel comfortable. Also, there are extra pads on the straps to help keep your baby's head cushioned. This is a perfect all-in-one car seat in my opinion. The pads create a snug fit for newborns. Then you remove certain ones as they get older and grow. The base locks into the seat in the car making it very sturdy. I love that it turns 360 degrees not just 90 or 180 degrees. (Some car seats only turn 90/180 degrees and I wasn't aware of that). When I'm picking up my older son I can turn her around forward while we are parked so my baby doesn't cry. Then turn her rear facing once I buckle my son in before we start driving. It also saves my back to be able to turn the car seat towards the door for me to get her out. I wish we would have gotten this, to begin with when we brought our baby home from the hospital. It would have saved us money.
