No longer available in grocery stores, or brick and mortar stores, these plain old has been deemed useless. I was encouraged to buy a new bag less model instead which I found slightly insulting. Like video tape cameras, vcr's, and cassettes some of the early adopters end up being left behind as a media splurge that stopped because the profit margins are no longer leading sales. Glad to see there is still a place to go yet upset that the product value has evaporated. s s

Great vacuum cleaner that has lasted us over 10 years. Excellent product. If I was the engineer designing the vacuum, I'd make the hose 1 or 2 ft longer in order to properly vacuum the fans and/or ceilings.

The seller has a product that people like me can use but, work on quality needs improvement. 5 screws on the handle, 1 missing, the other 4 were loose; 3 to 4 turns each screw. Packaging was nice, shipping was acceptable as for the time from order to delivery. They have other items for my model vacuum and I will keep them in mind. If not for the missing, loose screws I would have given them 5 stars.
