Ordered this item . Said delivered and I have yet to receive it

my package was delivered to wrong address but after contact with supplier it was sent out again immediately and i received it fast. they made it right quickly and without delay.

Long shipping time even though I ordered before shutdown

I just opened this package today and there was no banner included. There is the crown as well as a "1" cake topper which was broken off the stick. Frustrated because the banner was the only item I was really planning on using.

My shipment was sent to someone in a different state. It took me two weeks to get a response from the seller and still haven’t gotten my refund.
