They promised it would get here on the 16th. It got here on the 10th. So, shipping was good but part was defective.

Was correct part and arrived earlier than expected.

Purchase was easy and quick. Shipping was delayed a time or two but can't blame that on the seller.

As said , I ordered original in a box not a fake one

The order was promised on 5/23 but was never delivered and the response was that there was a delay. I had to order from another source. The customer was very unhappy about the delay. I dont want the item now so please cancel the order for a full refund, I am very displaced with the service.

The mfg. should take pride and drastically improve their quality assurance policy and procedure not to deliver a damaged product.

They just sell stuff without double-checking whether the part actually fits or not. Also, they do not pay for returns and it costs dear money to send the wrong part back to them.

Fast shipping times (even came earlier than expected). Item I ordered from them was reasonably priced and worked great. Would buy from them again.

Unbelievable price-hard to close door-haven’t run d/w yet to see if this will solve leak at door
