The package that this butter dish was sent in was packed very well. My hubby dropped the box twice. When opening it, everything was wrapped so well that nothing broke. Great job with the wrapping!!

Drainboard missing, reached out to seller, to get replacement or refund. Reply from seller was to say a return label will be sent. I would have accepted them sending the drainboard or sending a replacement, instead of just receiving a return label.

Item was as described and arrived in perfect condition when promised

The received count was correct but the items were loose and not in original box as pictured, and shipped in a bag. This resulted in the candy getting a bit squished, but thankfully still sealed and edible. My recommendation is if they are going to be sold in loose sets of 4, to update the photo to reflect this rather than the boxed 4 packs.

They are great and easy to work with. If worried, just give them a call, and they are on it.
