I have had a significant issue with this order. The first unit was the wrong color, and this replacement unit is physically defective. There is blue paint/coating on the interior stainless steel surface; heat can set the paint or start the leaching process, attempt to scrub the paint off , could scratch the protective chromium oxide layer of the stainless steel, leading to rust. Pure stainless steel is neccessary for safety.
