OasisPlus wanted the cellophane wrapping which I no longer had. Could not return item for refund nor exchange for the size I had ordered. What a mess. Ended up giving the product away to my vet. Maybe they can give it away to a customer with a smaller dog. Will never order anything from OasisPlus again and will let everyone know how poor their customer service is.
