I love the seat assist in rising from a seated position! I have had extensive work on both my knees as well as a recent broken hip. The padded seat is wonderful. It is definitely worth the price. I am very happy that I purchased it. My only precaution is to be careful upon rising because there are 2 different levels to the assist when you get up. My only design issue is that they should have designed the commode bucket better for emptying because it should have had a normal bucket handle to keep it balanced on your walk to the toilet for emptying.

You get a different story I talked to at least 10 people everyone telling me different stories about device and monthly charges. I returned the device. Verizon knows nothing about the system. Go with a company that is a complete package

I have requested refund. I wanted to return this for a new one with more advanced features, they were not helpful .

Could have been constructed to come up about another foot or so for older houses with high sided tubs, well made, no other complaints except height
