Unfortunatey in todays careless world of shipping the sellers have to do more to protect the product. This was not adequately packed to withstand being thrown around or was sent to me already damaged. I believe based on the damaged packing slip that this was the shippers mishandling of the product.

Price was right, along with the shipping expenses, but I'm not sure I'll repeat the purchase due to the lower quality of the product. However I'll see if the birds find it different before making a final decision.
