When I got it I couldn’t get it out of the packaging. It was wrapped in some kind of plastic that was stuck to it. It broke in one place. But then I sent the revll phone back. So I don’t need it. You told me to just keep it but I don’t want it. So now it’s junk laying around.

I did not receive the correct case that i ordered and i am beyond annoyed. I ordered and paid for the bright red case with the tan buttons on the side but thats not what i got. i received an ugly dark maroon color with black buttons on the side. i did not order, pay or ask for a dark maroon case with black buttons. I feel like this is complete false advertisement. Why would anyone show a certain product for someone to buy and then turn around and send them a completely different color that they did not ask for or want. i would greatly appreciate it if the seller can please reach out to me or make this right by sending the correct color that i did infact order.. Lets see what kind of person this seller is. If its a good person they will make right on this mistake that they have made. The photos i posted actually lightened the color but to see it in person its a deep dark maroon. Definitely not the bright red with tan buttons that is advertised.
