Horrible. They never answer their phone, always busy. They don't return emails. The main part to hold sheet music never came with the bottom of the stand. I've called 3 days in a row yet another name for this company product, ive emailed twice to the business card email if a problem and went thru Ealmart email for problems to the Kimmel Company. After 3 business days, I still have not heard back from anyone.

The items aren't as "cheap" as I imagined. They are decent quality and work better than we expected. They were well packed (have to put that in there for the packers). Well done, very pleased. And, we would be willing to appear in an ad to say this. However, it'll cost you! Hahaha

These lights apparently have to be initiated with a small key provided by the company when received. We found of the two ordered only one worked; but within just a couple of days after complaining to the company one arrived in our mail! Good company to deal with.
