After many failed attempts to contact Thermal Tiger and WalMart customer service, this is a formal demand for immediate resolution regarding a defective product supplied by Thermal Tiger and purchased through Walmart. More than five (5) days have passed with no response from the vendor , no explanation to the damaged deliverables and no acknowledgement of missing parts. This failure to respond or remedy the issue is unacceptable and reflects a lack of vendor accountability on Walmart’s platform.

As they described 230 about the size it’s definitely not because i got same size paper roll before from Sam’s Club so I compared with that and found this one has less paper. Well definitely they offered a good price but they are not providing the product as it’s described and that is kind of cheating
